1. Introduction

Welcome to TuringFly LLP. We are a modern travel solutions company offering AI-powered assistance for all your travel needs — including flights, hotels, trains, buses, eSIMs, insurance, visas, and more.

At TuringFly, our goal is to simplify travel by using cutting-edge AI to understand your preferences, anticipate your needs, and deliver personalized, real-time solutions. These terms govern the use of our services and outline your rights and responsibilities when interacting with us.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of TuringFly's services — including but not limited to chatting with our travel assistant via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other messaging platforms — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our services.

3. Services Offered

TuringFly provides a wide range of travel-related services through personalized one-on-one interactions on messaging platforms. These include:

  • Flight bookings (domestic and international)
  • Train and bus reservations
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Travel insurance
  • Visa services (application assistance and document handling)
  • Safari bookings and experiential travel
  • eSIM provisioning
  • Custom travel planning and support
  • We are not a traditional website-based booking platform. Instead, our AI-powered travel assistant engages with you directly via chat to understand your needs and provide curated travel solutions.

    4. Communication Channels

    All TuringFly services are conducted exclusively via chat-based platforms, including:

  • WhatsApp (primary channel)
  • Instagram
  • Other messaging/social platforms as applicable
  • There is no traditional website or mobile app interface to make bookings. Instead, customers initiate conversations with our AI travel assistant or human support agents to request, confirm, and manage their travel services.

    All bookings, payments, cancellations, and updates are communicated through these messaging channels, with email confirmation or PDF documents shared as needed.

    5. Information Collection

    To provide our travel services, we collect the following types of information:

  • Personal details: Name, contact number, email address
  • Travel preferences and history
  • Identification documents: Such as passport copies, visa documents, etc.
  • Payment details: UPI, bank transfer information (we do not store card details)
  • Chat interactions: Conversations through WhatsApp, Instagram, or other messaging platforms
  • This information is collected only to fulfill your travel requests and ensure the best possible experience.

    6. Data Usage

    We use the information you provide for:

  • Booking flights, trains, buses, hotels, and other travel-related services
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Communicating with you regarding your travel itinerary
  • Personalizing your travel experience and future suggestions
  • Customer support and service improvement
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

    7. Data Sharing

    We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers such as:

  • Airlines, railways, and bus operators
  • Hotels and accommodation partners
  • Visa agents and travel insurance providers
  • Delivery partners for physical documents (if applicable)
  • These providers only receive the information necessary to complete your booking or request.

    8. Data Security

    We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    9. Your Rights

    You have the right to:

  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal and transactional requirements)
  • To exercise these rights, please email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@turingfly.com. We aim to respond to all valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

    10. Product Pricing

    All base prices for flights, hotels, trains, buses, and other travel services are determined by the respective third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, IRCTC, etc.).

    TuringFly may charge an additional service fee depending on the complexity of the request, urgency, or the manual involvement required (for example, visa consultation or curated travel planning). This fee will always be disclosed to you before confirming any service or payment.

    Prices are subject to change based on real-time availability and fluctuations by third-party providers.

    11. Cancellations

    Cancellation policies are governed by the rules of the respective service provider (airline, hotel, train operator, etc.). TuringFly will help you initiate and process cancellations but cannot override or influence third-party rules.

    Some service fees paid to TuringFly (such as visa consultation or manual search charges) may be non-refundable.

    12. Refunds

    Refund eligibility and timelines depend on the third-party provider's policies. Once TuringFly receives a refund from the provider, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (e.g., UPI or bank transfer).

    Please note: Processing timelines are subject to bank and payment gateway delays, which are beyond our control.

    13. Physical Deliverables

    In some cases, we may need to ship physical items like:

  • eSIM kits
  • Visa documents
  • Travel itineraries or tickets (if requested)
  • We use third-party courier or postal services for such deliveries. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking or reference number. After dispatch, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider, and TuringFly shall not be liable for delays, damage, or non-delivery.

    We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 3 working days and resolve them within 15 working days wherever possible.

    17. Eligibility

    You must be 18 years or older to use TuringFly services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

    By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

    18. Limitations of Liability

    TuringFly acts solely as a facilitator between you and third-party travel service providers. While we aim to ensure accurate and timely service, we:

  • Do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of travel information, pricing, or documentation.
  • Do not take liability for losses, delays, or denied services caused by errors, omissions, or issues originating from third-party providers.
  • Require customers to verify all tickets and documents directly with the airline, hotel, or relevant third party before travel.
  • If you believe there has been an error or omission, you must contact our support team immediately at info@turingfly.com so we can assist you.

    19. Modifications to Terms

    20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of India.

    All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
